Co-owners Chris Kattawar (former opening chef of D. Carlo Trattoria in Smithfield), and Taylor Krickl opened Cook & Dagger in October 2015 with hopes of bringing creative comfort food to the Smithfield, RI area.
We put great effort into each and every dish that comes out of our scratch kitchen and we also operate without the use of a freezer. You can be sure that fresh product is brought in and utilized every day. We change our menu four times a year to highlight seasonal items.
We are proud to support local farmers and businesses.
When available, our produce is brought in from The Farm (Chepachet, RI) and Mapleville Farm (Mapleville, RI).
Gastros (the only Rhode Island USDA certified mobile food company) provides us with our chorizo and other charcuterie.
We can accommodate private events for 100+ people.
Catering is also available.
